摘要
从民办高校的类型划分入手,捋清了民办高校的发展阶段,对民办高校的外部管理体制、内部管理体制以及管理中所包含的内容进行了初步的探讨,在此基础上分析了目前管理过程中存在的问题。最后,对民办高校管理的研究现状进行了分析。
From the types of private colleges,its development phases are clarified.The external and internal administration systes and the contents in administration are explored and the problems in the current administration based on it are analyzed.Finally the current research situation of private college administration is analyzed.
