摘要
目的观察不同配比头孢替唑钠/舒巴坦对我国近年临床分离致病菌的体外抗菌作用及影响因素。方法采用标准平皿二倍稀释法,测定不同配比抗菌药物对各种致病菌的最低抑菌浓度及各种因素对其影响。结果在产β内酰胺酶的革兰阴性菌中,头孢替唑钠/舒巴坦(1∶1)的MIC50与MIC90对奇异变形杆菌的活性提高4倍,其他比例无明显活性;在革兰阳性菌产酶的MSSE中,头孢替唑钠/舒巴坦(1∶1~1∶8)的有MIC50与MIC90,提高2倍活性;MSSA在加β内酰胺酶后,抗菌活性提高不明显。结论比较不同配比的头孢替唑钠/舒巴坦与单方头孢替唑钠在体外抗菌活性,均有一定的抗菌活性,但复方较单方提高不明显。
Objective To study the antibacterial activities of ceftezole sodium and different ratios from matching ceftezole/sulbactam(1∶1,1∶2,1∶4,1∶8) against clinical isolated pathogenic bacteria from Hunan area in vitro.Methods Minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC) were determined by use of agar dilution method.Results MIC50 of ceftezole/sulbactam(1∶1) against Proteus mirabilis and methicillin-sensitivity Staphylococcus epidermidis were 2-4 times lower than that of ceftezole alone.But MIC50 of ceftezole/sulbactam with different ratios against other clinical isolated pathogenic bacteria were similar with that of ceftezole alone.Conclusion Ceftezole sodium and different formulas of ceftezole/sulbactam showed similar antibacterial activity against most clinical isolates.Ceftezole sodium was stable against β-lactamase.No better formulations of ceftezole/sulbactam were found in this study and further research should be done.
