摘要
城乡职业教育统筹发展的动力机制由自组织动力、他组织动力和共组织动力构成。教育理念、教育质量、政治气候、经济基础等是影响各组织动力生成的主要因素,而需求和创新等则是该动力机制运行之路径保障。
The power mechanism of overall development of urban and rural vocational education contain self-organization power, other organization power and common organization power. Education concept, education quality, political climate and economic foundation are main powers generating various organizations, demand and innovation are securities to the running path of power mechanism.
