摘要 高职院校特色化办学道路的耦合设计模式兼备自主演化与理性设计两种模式的优点,能够最大限度地提高特色化办学的效率,其技术路线是:在统筹环境和组织分析的基础上形成特色化办学意图;经过价值判断形成明确的特色化办学主题;组织各类要素,构建并耦合和则体系与谐则体系,形成实施特色化办学主题的运行和保障机制;在适当时机评估特色化办学的绩效。 The coupling design model of characterized school-running of higher vocational colleges has such exeellences both of autonomic evolution and rational design model, that it can enhance the characterized school-running efficiency as utmost as possible, and its technical route shows as follows: form characterized school-running intent on the basis of envi- ronment and organization analysis; form clear and definite characterized school-running theme through value judgment; organize all kinds of elements, and build He principle and Xie principle to form the operation and safeguard mechanisms for the implementation of characterized school-running theme; appraise the characterized school-running performance at some appropriate time.
