摘要
尽管全低温深冷橡胶粉碎工艺的产品粒度小、表面光滑且均匀、产品性能很好,但较之常温橡胶粉碎工艺其设备投资大、冷媒消耗量高、生产成本及运行成本也大大增加,导致其产品价格失去市场竞争优势。为此,通过对比研究,提出了常温一低温结合橡胶粉碎工艺,即前段工艺采用常温法粉碎废旧轮胎,将废旧轮胎处理成20~30目的粗肢粉,后段采用低温法进一步粉碎粗胶粉。该工艺产品的质量完全可以达到全低温深冷橡胶粉碎工艺产品质量的水平,但投资成本却大大降低,且较低的冷媒(液氮)消耗量也降低了产品成本,是一种经济合理、成熟先进的橡胶粉碎工艺。
Although the cryogenic comminution of rubber can get small particles smooth and even in surface,and with a good property,compared with the mechanical comminution at a room temperature,its final products are not competitive in price due to more refrigerant consumption and the higher cost on the needed equipment,and higher production and operation cost.Through a comparison study,a two-stage process from mechanical to cryogenic comminution of rubber is put forward.In the former stage,the used tires are pulverized into small particles of approximately 20-30 meshes;in the latter stage,the coarse granules are further comminuted into fine particles by the cryogenic process.The quality of rubber particles obtained from this two-stage combined process can completely reach the same level as those from a simplex cryogenic process.Furthermore,the investment can be significantly cut down and its product cost can be also reduced by the rather low refrigerant(liquid nitrogen) consumption.
