This paper analyzes two narrative foci of Don DeLillo＇s The Body Artist ： lost time and time regained. It demonstrates how temporality and the memory of trauma influence the individual＇s identity, and argues that DeLillo＇s fantastic imagination of time is based on his deep thoughts about temporality.
