重组鸡γ-干扰素对肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究注射重组鸡γ-干扰素(rChIFN-γ)对肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响,将90只健康14日龄AA肉仔鸡随机分为3组:对照组、试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ。于14、21和28日龄每只鸡皮下注射含rChIFN-γ50μg(试验组Ⅰ)和100μg(试验组Ⅱ)的PBS缓冲液1mL,对照组同期每只注射PBS缓冲液1mL。每次注射rChIFN-γ7d后,对各组肉鸡进行翅下静脉采血,并于35日龄剖杀肉鸡摘取免疫器官。研究表明:①35日龄试验组Ⅰ的淋巴细胞刺激指数极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);②35日龄试验组Ⅱ的胸腺指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);③35日龄试验组Ⅰ的白细胞介素-2水平显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);④35日龄试验组Ⅰ的TNF-α水平显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。肉鸡每7天注射一次rChIFN-γ,可提高35日龄肉鸡的免疫机能,促进肉鸡免疫器官的生长发育。 The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of recombinant chicken interferon-γ(rChIFN-γ)on growth performance,proliferation of peripheral blood lymphocytes,the immune organ index and cytokine levels of broilers.90 seven-day-age healthy AA broilers were divided into three groups randomly which were control group,test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ.The test groups were injected with rChIFN-γ 50 μg(test group Ⅰ)and 100 μg(test group Ⅱ)in 1 mL phosphate buffered saline(PBS)at 14,21 and 28 days age.At the same time,the control group was injected with 1 mL PBS only.These results showed that:①50 μg rChIFN-γ improved proliferation of peripheral blood lymphocytes significantly(P0.05).②100 μg rChIFN-γ significantly increased the thymus index at 35 days age,which was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05).③50 μg rChIFN-γ increased IL-2 level significantly at 35 days age(P0.05).④50 μg rChIFN-γ increased TNF-α level significantly at 35 days age comparing to another groups(P0.05).These results indicated that the immunity of broilers could be improved by injecting rChIFN-γ every week.
