肾综合征出血热地鼠肾细胞灭活疫苗(Ⅱ型)稳定性的研究

Study of Stability of Inactivated GHKC Vaccine(Type Ⅱ) Against HFRS

采用空斑减少中和试验（ＰＲＮＴ）检测疫苗效力的方法，对肾综合征出血热地鼠肾细胞灭活疫苗（Ⅱ型）进行了系统地稳定性试验研究。结果表明，疫苗置３７℃３ 天，室温３ 周，２～８℃保存一年、一年半、两年和两年半。效力试验检测结果均达到合格标准，证明疫苗稳定性良好。

The stability of inactivated golden hamster kidney cells vaccine(type Ⅱ) against hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome was studied systematically using the method that the efficacy of vaccines was detected by plague reduction neutralization test(PRNT).The result showed that,all the result of the efficacy tests of vaccines were up to passable standard,after being stored at 37℃ for 3 days,room temperature for 3 weeks,2～8℃ for 1、1.5、2 and 2.5 years.It demonstrated that the stability of vaccines was good.
