摘要
以我军武器装备贵重备件修理与供应现实背景为依托,根据两级供应关系的武器系统的不修复备件、可修复备件初始配置的特点,提出了在给定初始备件配置方案条件下的备件满足率的计算模型,并在此基础上建立了基于两级供应关系的武器装备初始备件配置模型.该模型以初始备件配置费用为优化目标,通过优化备件配置结构,生成较好的初始备件配置方案,从而节约备件配置费用,避免造成资源浪费.
According to the real background of repair and supply of valuable spare parts in the weapon equipment of the PLA,under a given initial spares configuration,a calculating model of spares fill rate was proposed based respectively on the characteristics of the initial configuration of the non-repairable parts and repairable parts of a two-class-supply-relationship-based weapon system,then a two-class-supply-relationship -based initial spares configuration model of missile system was built.This model aims to save the spares configuration cost and avoid waste of resources through optimizing the spares configuration structure and generating a better initial spares configuration scheme.
