深圳市过境与疏港货运交通可持续发展战略研究

A Study on Sustainable Development Strategy for Transit and Dredging Port Freight Transportation of Shenzhen City

针对多年来困扰深圳市的难题———过境与疏港货运交通直接穿越中心城区展开研究。分析了深圳市过境与疏港货运交通发展现状及存在的问题;确立了货运交通"三分离"的发展目标,即:客运通道和货运通道相分离、过境与疏港货运交通和城市交通相分离、不同流向的货运交通相分离;并从构筑货运通道、口岸功能分工、盘活存量道路资源、合理组织、综合平衡、分步实施等6个方面提出了实施策略。

The transit and dredging port freight traffic directly through the central urban area is the difficult problem in Shenzhen City for many years. The issue is studied. The development status and problems of the transit and dredging port freight traffic are analyzed. The development goals of freight transportation are established, which are the separation of passenger and freight corridor, the separation of the transit and dredging port freight traffic and urban transport, the separation of different directional freight flows. Implementation strategies are proposed from six aspects.
