人力资源培训发展措施与员工组织承诺--组织公平的作用 被引量:8

摘要 本研究考察了员工的组织公平感对人力资源培训发展措施与员工组织承诺之间关系的调节作用。采用回归分析等方法对来自不同企业员工的176份问卷结果进行了数据分析。结果表明:分配公平对人力资源培训发展措施作用的调节效应显著,并且程序公平对这一调节作用有显著影响:即在程序公平水平较低时,分配公平对人力资源培训发展措施作用的影响更大。本文最后对中国文化背景下人力资源管理措施和组织公平的理论研究和实践意义进行了讨论。
