摘要
报道了四川省都江堰市龙池地区5种苔藓植物配子体的染色体研究结果,5种材料均取其生长点或茎尖,观察和计数了细胞有丝分裂中期的染色体数。1.中华扁萼苔(RadullachinensisSteph.var.rotundistipa)n=8;2.蛇苔(Conocephalumconicum(L.)Dum.)n=9;3.长齿匍灯藓(Plagiomniamdrummondii(Bruch.&Schimp.)Kop.)n=6;4.新船叶藓(NeodolichomitragiganteaNog.)n=5;5.东亚小金发藓(Pogonatuminflexum(Lindb.)Lac.)n=7.其中中毕扁萼苔和新船叶藓的染色体数为首次报道.
The chromosome numbers of mitosis metaphase of stem apex or growing point of 6 bryophytes species in Sichuan Dujiangyan Longchi area are reported. 1. Radulla chinensis Steph. var. rotundistipa n=8; 2. Conocephalum conicum (L.) Dum. n=9; 3. Plagiomnium drummondii (Brachy. & Schimp.) Kop. n= 6; 4.Neodolichomitra gigantea Nog. n=5; 5. Pogonatum infexum (Lindb.) Lac. n=7. The chromosome numbers of Radulla chinensis var. rotunditipa and Neodolichomitra gigantea are reported for the first time.
