摘要
通过对50CrVA钢齿形链板进行等温淬火后的显微组织和性能分析研究,结果表明,当该链板钢等温温度不变时,提高淬火温度可以提高等温淬火后的贝氏体含量,且硬度基本不变。该钢最佳等温淬火工艺为900℃×20 m in奥氏体化,300℃等温35 m in,再经200℃回火120 m in,硬度达到52~53.5 HRC,疲劳寿命大于1×107次。
The microstructure and properties of tooth chain plate 50CrVA steel quenched at isothermal temperature were studied.The results show that,when the isothermal temperature is constant,bainite content of the steel increases as the quenching temperature increasing,and the hardness is almost constant.The optimal process for 50CrVA steel is austenizing at 900 ℃ for 20 min,isothermal quenched at 300 ℃ for 35 min and then tempered at 200 ℃ for 120 min.The steel hardness is 52-53.5 HRC,and fatigue life can be over 1×107 cycles.
