摘要
结合某热镀锌线的Vai C lec im动态气刀系统的特点,对热镀锌薄钢板边部过镀锌缺陷的产生原因进行了分析。通过采用加热装置对带钢边部进行热量补偿,有效解决了边部过镀锌缺陷问题,取得了较好的效果。
Based on a hot dip galvanizing line of Vai Clecim galvanizing dynamic characteristics,the causes of over galvanized zinc defect at the thin layer edge was analyzed.The results show that using heating device to strip side heat compensation,the over galvanized defects is improved,and the new process achieves good effects in practice.
