硫酸双肼屈嗪修饰玻碳电极安培法测定过氧化氢 被引量:6

摘要 在1.0mol/L H2SO4溶液中,在玻碳电极上修饰硫酸双肼屈嗪制得的修饰电极对过氧化氢还原有催化作用。研究了各种实验条件对修饰电极性能的影响。在-0.3V工作电位下,用安培法测定过氧化氢的响应电流与其浓度在1.94×10-5~1.05×10-3 mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系。该修饰电极具有制作简单,使用寿命长,检出限低等优点,可用于实际试样的测定。 A modified electrode was fabricated by means of electrodeposition dihydralazine sulfate on the glass carbon electrode in 1.0 mol/L H2SO4 containing dihydralazine sulfate.The as-prepared electrode showed the ability to catalyze the reduction of H2O2.The effects of assay conditions on performances of the hydrogen peroxide sensor were studied.Under a certain applied potential of-0.3 V,the response current was linear with the concentration of H2O2 ranging from1.94×10-5 to 1.05×10-3 mol·L-1.The modified electrode was easily prepared and could be used for a long time.It was used for the analysis of real samples containing hydrogen peroxide with satisfactory result.
