摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对野生和种植翅果油树不同形状果实的果仁、果皮、果壳中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca、K、Na、Mn 8种微量元素进行了分析比较。结果显示:在果仁果皮果壳中,8种微量元素的含量是K>Mg>Ca>Fe>Na>Zn>Mn>Cu,其中果仁的Cu、Zn、Mg含量高。在果仁中Zn、Mg、K、Na、Mn是野生>种植,其中Zn、Ca、Mn是大宫灯型含量高。在果皮中Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca、Mn的含量是野生>种植,其中Fe、Mg、Mn是长果型含量高。在果壳中Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca的含量是野生>种植,其中Zn、Mg、Ca、Mn是长果型含量高。
The contents of 8 kinds of trace elements,including copper,zinc,iron,magnesium,calcium,manganese,sodium and potassium in nuts,peels and shells from wild and cultivated Elaeagus mollis were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.It was found that the contents of each element in nuts,peels and shells were in the same order:KMgCaFeNaZnMnCu.The contents of Cu,Zn,Mg were the highest in nuts.The contents of Zn,Mg,K,Na,Mn in wild nuts were higher than that in cultivated nuts,and Zn,Ca,Mn were the highest in large lantern;the contents of Zn,Fe,Mg,Ca,Mn in wild peels were higher than that in cultivated peels,and Fe,Mg,Mn were the highest in long-type;the contents of Zn,Fe,Mg,Ca in wild shells were higher than that in cultivated shells,and Zn,Mg,Ca,Mn were the highest in long-type.
