摘要
运用KrF激光光解瞬态吸收光谱、以两酮为光敏剂研究了水溶液中色氨酰酪氨酸(Trp-Tyr)二肽的光化学过程,观察到丙酮三重态引发肽分子内的电子转移,由Trp/N°-Tyr→TrpTyr/O°自由基的生成过程。
The photochemical reaction processes of triplet acetone with a peptide containing tryptophan and tyrosine residues(Trp-Tyr) were investigated in neutral aqueous solution using KrF (248nm) laser flash photolysis. Triplet acetone induced radical transformation: Trp/N°-Tyr→Thp-Tyr/O° was observed directly, and the transformation resulting from intramolecularelectron transfer was suggested.
