摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法合成ZnS∶TM(TM= Mn, Cu)水溶胶, 研究了它们的光学性质. 通过吸收光谱计算得到微粒的尺寸约为3~4nm . 光致发射光谱中给出了所对应掺杂中心的发射带, 其能量来源于基质ZnS的吸收. 通过旋涂法制备了ZnS∶Cu 纳米微粒EL器件, 测定了其启动电压和耐压值以及EL光谱强度与电压的关系,
In this paper, ZnS∶ TM ( TM =Mn, Cu) colloid were synthesized by Sol Gel method and their optical properties were studied by UV absorption spectra, PL and EL spectra. The size of particles is approximately 3~4nm deduced from absorption spectra. PL spectra show emission band of the corresponded doping center, which come from absorption of ZnS host. EL devices of ZnS∶ TM ( TM =Mn, Cu) nanoparticle were fabricated by spin coating method, the turn on voltage and EL intensity with operating voltage were measured. A probable explanation was given for the PL and EL properties .
