摘要
中国林业经济管理学科面临着林业快速发展带来的挑战,加强学科建设,为林业实践提供系统的理论支撑和人才保障具有重要的现实意义。分析了林业经济管理学科的发展历程和现状;从理论体系建设、理论研究和人才培养与实践的结合、学科领域人员队伍等视角分析了学科中存在的问题;从社会经济发展对林业的需求、林业行业属性等视角探讨了学科发展面临的机遇。最后提出了加强学科建设的对策建议。
The subject of forestry economics and management faces new challenges caused by rapid development of forestry in China.It is urgently needed to reinforce the construction of subject to provide systematically theoretic support and human resources guarantees to forestry development.This paper initiates with description of developmental process and current situation of the subject.And then the problems are discussed from aspects of construction of theoretic system,combination of theoretic research and talents cultivation,lack of young professionals,etc.Thirdly,the opportunities are explored in terms of new demands on the subject,and attributes of forestry.Finally,countermeasures are put forward to strengthen the construction of the subject.
