分析了＂森林福建＂提出的背景、理论基础和特点;阐述了＂森林福建＂的定义、内涵、定位和目标,构建了＂森林福建＂的评价指标体系;制定了＂森林福建＂建设行动规划,即实施十大生态工程、发展十大主导产业、开展十大森林认识活动、建立十大森林中介机构,以构建完备的森林生态体系、发达的林业产业体系、繁荣的林业文化体系和高效的林业社会化服务体系。

The paper introduces the background,theretical basis and characteristics of ＂Forest of Fujian＂.It expoundes the definition,content,position and goals of ＂Fujian Forest＂,build the evaluation index system of ＂Forest Fujian,＂ developed a ＂Forest Fujian＂ building action planning,that is,the implementation of ten ecological engineering,the development of the top ten leading industries,carry out awareness activities in the top ten forests,the establishment of ten agencies to build a complete forest ecological system,developed industrial system,prosperitious cultural system and efficient social service system.
