摘要
文中采用多弧离子镀技术在γ-TiAl合金表面制备了NiCrAlY涂层,用SEM/EDS和XRD等手段研究了该涂层对γ-TiAl合金高温氧化行为的影响。结果表明NiCrAlY涂层在高温下可形成保护性氧化铝膜,显著提高了γ-TiAl的高温氧化抗力。在氧化过程中,NiCrAlY/TiAl涂层体系发生了严重的Ni的内扩散,形成了层状结构的互扩散带。
NiCrAlY coating was deposited onto γ-TiAl alloy employing arc ion plating and the oxidation behavior was investigated by SEM/EDS and XRD.The results indicated that NiCrAlY coating can remarkably improve the oxidation resistance of γ-TiAl alloy by forming a protective scale.Serious inward diffusion of Ni from the NiCrAlY coating to γ-TiAl substrate was occurred during oxidation,which resulted in the formation of multi-layered interdiffusion zone.
