中医内科学症状术语规范化研究

Research on Standard Terminology of Symptoms in Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine

借鉴中医术语研究和术语标准化研究经验,在以往研究成果的基础上,立足于中医内科学范围的症状术语,开展规范化研究。通过搜集标准和规范性的权威性文献等,提取原始中医症状词语,按照准确性、单义性、系统性、简明性、稳定性、派生性、语言正确性原则,确定术语词条。对遴选的症状术语按照疾病部位进行分类,并参照术语定义原则对概念进行界定,最终确立中医内科学常见症状术语。

Based on the previous research achievements on symptomatic terms,we normalized the symptomatic terms in internal medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine by learning the experience of the Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） terms standard research.Firstly,we collected the written words on TCM symptoms from the authority literatures,monographs,national standards,and textbooks.Secondly,we determined the symptomatic terms from the written words according the principle of accuracy,single meaning,systematic,concise,stability,and derivative meanings.Thirdly,we classified symptomatic terms according to the human body,and defined the terms by the general principles and rules of terminological definition.Finally,we established the common symptomatic terms in internal medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
