摘要
目的:通过分析不同药性中药动物实验的毒副反应特点,探寻药性与毒性之间可能存在的相关性。方法:对国家"十五"规划教材《中药学》中收载的寒热属性明确的375味中药在动物实验中出现毒副反应的文献进行搜集整理,计算导致特定毒副反应的寒热药物个数及构成比,并进行统计学分析。结果:不同寒热属性药物在神经系统、消化系统、心血管系统、三致反应等方面的毒性反应比较明显,且导致某些毒副反应的构成比相差较大。特别是在致癌的构成比上,温热药数量明显高于寒凉药,具有非常显著的统计学意义(P<0.01);而在引起丙氨酸氨基转移酶升高(ALT)的构成比上,寒凉药则明显高于温热药物,具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同寒热属性中药实验动物的毒副反应在某些方面存在较为明显的差异,提示中药寒热属性与中药的毒性反应之间可能存在一定的相关性。
Objective:To explore the correlation between the toxic side effects of Chinese medicines and its natures through analyzing the rules of animal experimental toxic side effects induced by medicines with different natures.Methods:Collected the literatures related to the experimentally toxic side effects of 375 commonly used Chinese medicines,then calculated the quantity and constituent ratio of medicines with hot/warm nature and those with cold/cool nature that caused some certain adverse reactions and analyzed the differences between them.Results:The experimentally toxic side effects caused by drugs with different natures was frequently found on such systems as nervous system,digestive system,cardiovascular system and three-induced reaction,furthermore,some differences betwenn cold/cool drugs and hot/warm drugs in quantity and constituent ratio that induced certain toxic side effects was found,especially in quantity and constituent ratio induced carcinogenesis and rising of alanine aminotransferase in blood,statistically significant differences were found.Conclusion:Some differences exist between cold/cool medicine and hot/warm medicine in its′ experimentally toxic side effects,indicating that the toxic side effects of Chinese medicine is relevant with its′ natures.
