摘要
通过对章永红教授治疗乳腺癌术后经验的探讨,初步揭示了章师治疗乳腺癌术后的主要学术特色为:(1)扶正治疗是基础,病位重在肝、脾、肾,宜益气健脾、滋阴补血、调理冲任为主;(2)祛邪治疗是重点,当以理气通络、化痰消瘀、解毒散结,灵活施用,贯穿全程;(3)辨证结合现代药理研究,辅以辨病用药,以增复方抗癌扶正的疗效。并附2则病案以佐证。
Based on Prof Zhang Yonghong＇Clinic Experience in the Treatment of Breast Cancer after Operation,his predominate academic theory is summaried in the treatmet of breast cancer after operation.Firstly,one point of the theory is that strengthening of the body resistance is a basic treatment including replenishing Qi to invigorate Spleen,nourishing Kidney Yin and supplementing Liver Blood and regulating Chong and Ren meridians;Secondly,one point of the theory is that eliminating Evis is a important treatment including regulating Qi to activate collateral,eliminating Phlegm and removing Blood stasis and detoxicating and resolving stagnation which should be used throughout the whole course of treatment of breast cancer after operation based on differentiation.Thirdly,the effect of a compound prescription will be strengthened by medication based on differentiation of symptoms and signs combining differential diagnosis of disease.Finally,the academic theory is supported by the two cases.
