宁夏五县结核病防治机构资源配置与利用分析

Analyzing the resource allocation and utilization in institutions of tuberculosis prevention and control in five counties of Ningxia

目的:通过对宁夏五县结核病防治机构现场调查,分析宁夏结核病防治机构资源配置与利用现状。方法:通过现场机构问卷调查和个人深度访谈,5个县结核病防治机构被调查。结果:现有结核病筹资机制中,县结核病防治专项经费过度依赖外资支持,同时存在人员不足和DOTS质量有待提升问题。结论:在此基础上提出针对性对策,以促进结核病防治机构健康持续发展。

Objective To analyze the resource allocation and utilization in institutions of tuberculosis（TB）prevention and control of Ningxia.Methods Institutions of tuberculosis prevention and control in five counties of Ningxia were surveyed by questionnaire and in-depth interview.Results For the current funding mechanism of TB control,county institutions of tuberculosis prevention and control had over reliance on foreign capital.And there existed some problems as the shortage of professionals and poor DOTS quality.Conclusion Some relevant countermeasures should be put forward to promote the sustainable and healthy development of institutions of tuberculosis prevention and control.
