摘要
医学院校就业指导课程的开设对提升医学生的就业竞争力具有一定的积极作用,目前就业指导的课程体系建设普遍存在着一些问题。文章从加强就业指导人员的师资队伍建设、重构就业指导的课程内容与讲授方法和保证就业指导课程的经费支出与设施建设三方面阐述了高等医学院校就业指导课程体系重构的策略。
The establishment of curriculum of employment guidance in medical colleges is helpful to promote medical students＇ competitiveness of employment.There existed some problems in current construction of curriculum system of employment guidance.The strategies of reconstructing curriculum system of employment guidance in medical colleges were analyzed from three aspects,such as strengthening the construction of teaching staff team,reconstructing the teaching content and method,and ensuring funds and facilities.
