济南市老年人自感健康状况调查及其影响因素分析

Surveying the perceived health of elderly in Jinan and analyzing its influencing factors

目的:了解济南市老年人自感健康状况及影响因素。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法选取样本,采用问卷调查方法,对济南市1071名65岁以上老年人进行了入户调查,并用spss17.0进行Logistic回归模型进行统计分析。结果:1071例调查对象中,觉得现在身体健康状况很好的有143人,占13.40%,一般的有729人,占68.10%,较差的有198人,占18.50%。老年人熟悉朋友的个数、参加集体活动情况、是否患有慢性病、是否需要辅助用具为影响老年人自感健康状况的因素。结论:鼓励老年人多交朋友,积极参加集体活动对提高老年人自感健康状况有重要意义。患有慢性病和需要辅助用具会降低自感健康状况。

Objective To study the perceived health of elderly in Jinan and analyze its influencing factors.Methods 1071 ca-ses of elderly in Jinan were selected by stratified random sampling,and surveyed with questionnaire.The data was analyzed by Logistic model with software of SPSS17.0.Results In the 1071 cases of elderly,143 cases（13.40%）perceived in healthy condition,729 cases（68.10%）felt general,and 198 cases（18.50%）perceived unhealthy.The influencing factors for perceived health included the number of good friends,conditions of participating in group activities,whether having chronic diseases,and whether using assistive devices.Conclusion The elderly should be encouraged to make good friends,actively participate in group activities,which should be very important to improve their perceived health status.The status of undergoing chronic diseases and using assistive devices will influence the perceived health status.
