桂枝茯苓汤加减联合物理疗法治疗慢性盆腔积液的临床研究

Clinical Research of Gui Zhi Fu Ling Tang with Physical Therapy for Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Fluid

目的:观察桂枝茯苓汤加减联合超短波音频电治疗慢性盆腔积液的疗效。方法:将150例慢性盆腔积液患者随机分为综合组(50例)、中药组(50例)、物理治疗组(50例)。综合组:服用桂枝茯苓汤加减和超短波、音频电治疗。中药治疗组:服用桂枝茯苓汤。物理治疗组:用超短波和音频电治疗。各组均治疗3疗程,10天为1个疗程。月经期停止治疗。观察3组治疗前后盆腔积液量和症状的变化。结果:综合组治疗结果与其他两组进行比较:综合组盆腔积液量(0.82±0.22)症状积分(5.6±0.65);中药组盆腔积液量(1.21±0.75)、症状积分(5.8±0.86);物理治疗组盆腔积液量(1.4±0.82)、症状积分(6.5±0.75)。综合组与其他两组相比较:盆腔积液量P<0.05和症状积分P<0.05均有显著性差异。结论:服用桂枝茯苓汤加减和超短波、音频电治疗相结合提高了中药和理疗治疗慢性盆腔积液的效果。

Objective：To observe clinical effect of Gui Zhi Fu Ling Tang with Ultrashort wave and Audio-frequency electric for treatment of Chronic pelvic fluid.Methods：One hundred and thirty four cases were ranndomly divided into three groups：an observation group（50cases）and traditional Chinese medicine group（50cases） and Physical Therapy group（50cases）.The observation group were treated by Gui Zhi Fu Ling Tang and Ultrashort wave and Audio-frequency electric.The traditional Chinese medicine group were treated by Gui Zhi Fu Ling Tang;The Physical Therapy group were treated by Ultrashort wave and Audio-frequency electric.The pelvic fluid and symptom were observed.Results：Compared with other groups,the observation group have significant difference（P0.05） in pelvic fluid and symptom.Conclusion：The combine of Gui Zhi Fu Ling Tang and Ultrashort wave and Audio-frequency electric can increase the effect on Chronic pelvic fluid.
