益气生血汤防治乳腺癌化疗毒副反应的临床观察

Clinical Study of Yiqi Shengxue Decoction Regulating Breast Cancer Side Effects after Chemotherapy

目的:探讨益气生血汤在乳腺癌患者化疗中减轻毒副反应的疗效。方法:共纳入乳腺癌术后患者70例,随机分为两组,其中西药对照组35例,化疗后予利血生、鲨肝醇、VitB4服用;治疗组35例,化疗后予利血生、鲨肝醇、VitB4服用的同时给予中药益气生血汤口服。结果:经统计学分析,治疗组(中药加西药)在减轻乳腺癌化疗后血液学毒性方面(白细胞减少方面)优于西药对照组(P<0.01);治疗组相比于西药对照组,可以明显减少集落细胞刺激因子粒生素的使用量(P<0.01);此外,治疗组患者的副反应症状明显低于对照组差异。结论:益气生血汤可明显减轻乳腺癌患者化疗毒性反应。

Objective：Discussion of Yiqi Shengxue decoction reduce breast cancer chemotherapy side effects.Methods：70 breast cancer patients were included in thistudy and randomly divided into two groups：35 cases in the westernmedical group（leucogen,batylalcohol and VitB4 were pre-scribed after chemotherapy）;35 cases in the treatment group（modified Yiqi Shengxue decoction was taken and use leucogen,batylalcohol,VitB4 contemporary）.Results：The treatment group of modified Yiqi Shengxue were superior to the control group of western medicine in alleviating the hematological toxicity（leukopenia,P0.01）.The patients in treatment group can obviously reduce the used amountofhuman granulocyte colony stimulating factor than that in western medicine group（P0.01）.In addition,the treatment group were significantly lower than the symptoms of side effects between the control group.Conclusion：Yiqi Shengxue decoction can significantly reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy in breast cancer patients.
