中西医治疗顽固性外阴瘙痒的疗效观察

Observation of Traditional Chinese and Western Medication to Obstinate Pudendum Itching

目的:观察顽固性外阴瘙痒的中西医药物治疗情况。方法:西医治疗针对病因进行治疗,中医治疗则是根据中医辨证施治,以养血润肤,疏风止痒。结果:单纯西医组治愈85例,有效21例,无效12例,复发12例,治愈率为92.4%,复发率10.1%;中西医结合组治愈121例,有效18例,无效0例,复发3例,治愈率为100%,复发率2.1%。结论:中西医结合治疗效果优于单纯西医治疗,值得临床应用并推广。

Objective：Observation of traditional Chinese and western medication to obstinate pudendum itching.Methods：Western medicine treatment focus on the pathogeny,while traditional Chinese medicine treatment aims to nourish blood and skin,dredge and comfort body,according to Chinese medicine dialectical philosophy.Results：Pure WM group curative cases：85,effective cases：21,ineffective cases：12 relapsed cases：12,curative Rates：92.4%,relapse rates：10.1%;integrated TCM and WM group curative cases：121,effective cases：18,ineffective cases：0,relapsed cases：3,curative rates：100%,relapse rates 2.1%.Conclusion：The combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is more effective than the pure western medicine treatment;therefore,it is worth applying and popularizing.
