摘要
目的:优选甜荞麦花叶中芦丁的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用高效液相色谱技术,以荞麦花叶中所含的主要有效成分芦丁的含量为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法,通过超声波辅助提取技术,考察了药材的粉碎度、所用溶剂、提取时间、提取次数四因素对荞麦芦丁提取率的影响。结果:药材为细粉、溶剂选用甲醇、提取时间60min、提取次数3次提取效果最好。结论:本实验为优化荞麦花叶中芦丁的提取工艺提供了参考依据。
