针刺预防性治疗偏头痛的临床研究与展望

Clinical Research and Prospect about Prophylactic Treatment in Migraine with Acupuncture

目的:偏头痛是慢性周期性疾病,对于其治疗包括急性期与预防性治疗。文章旨在总结针刺预防性治疗偏头痛的临床现状,并对针刺研究其治疗机理的方向作以思考。方法:以预防性药物、不同针刺以及自身前后为对照,检索了近5年来国内外期刊发表的关于针灸预防性治疗偏头痛随机对照的临床研究文献。结果:国内外研究的基点与侧重点不同,国外研究存在对于针刺效应的怀疑,而国内的随机对照文献质量普遍偏低。结论:规范临床设计,并提出将脑成像技术与针刺疗程相结合以探讨其针刺机理,更符合针灸临床治疗特点。

Objective：Migraine is a chronic and periodic disease,while its treatment including acute stage and preventive treatment.This article aims at summarizing the clinical status about preventive treatment of migraine with acupuncture and ponders the direction about acupuncture mechanism＇s direction.Methods：Searching the published literatures about randomized controlled clinical research at home and abroad in the past 5 years,which takes the preventive medicine,the different acupuncture and own around as the comparisons.Results：The focuses and base of domestic and foreign researches are different,overseas researches hold suspicion on the acupuncture effect and the quality of the randomized controlled literatures at home is low.Conclusion：Standardizing clinical design and proposing that make brain imaging technology combine with acupuncture treatment in order to investigate the mechanism of acupuncture,which Conforms to acupuncture clinical characteristic.
