摘要
利用旋转主平面的方法实现Ⅰ类匹配 B B O 晶体的三倍频,理论上计算了三倍频输出光强和旋转角度的关系。实现了准连续钛宝石744nm 激光三倍频输出,得到光束质量好的 248nm 激光,可以作为准分子主振荡放大器的种子源。
Third harmonic generation (THG) of Ti:sapphire 744nm laser is produced using two pieces of type Ⅰ BBO crystal while rotating the cardinal plane of the crystal. The relationship between the THG laser energy and the rotate angle is investigated in theory and experiment, the temporal and spatial characters of ω, 2ω, 3ω of output are detected. The seed source for KrF excimer MOPA laser system with good optical beam quality is obtained.
