人工驯养达氏鳇与欧洲鳇繁殖技术研究

Domestication and breeding technology research of artificial Huso dauricus and Huso Huso

湖北天峡鲟业有限公司利用工厂化车间培育达氏鳇、欧洲鳇亲本,经过多年精心培育,70%的达氏鳇、欧洲鳇亲鱼性腺发育成熟。2010年12月选择2尾达氏鳇雌鱼和1尾欧洲鳇雄鱼杂交成功,获得受精卵41.8万粒,孵化出优质鱼苗36.5万尾,平均受精率82%,孵化率87.5%,亲鱼成活率100%。

Hubei Tianxia Sturgeon Company＇s use industrialized plant to breed Huso dauricus and Huso huso,after years of careful cultivation,70% of the Huso dauricus and Huso huso development and maturation,in December 2010,2 Huso dauricus females and a Huso huso male hybrid success,access to 418,000 eggs,hatching out of 365,000 high-quality fish,the average fertilization rate is 82%,87.5% hatching rate,brood stock survival rate 100%.
