西部开发:前后10年产业结构对经济增长的影响

Western Development:The Impact of Industrial Structure on Economic Growth during the Pre-post Ten Years

通过偏离—份额法用结构偏离份额和竞争力份额来说明西部产业结构水平和区位优势,比较西部开发前后前后十年产业结构演进对经济增长的动态影响。结论显示,西部地区产业结构及产业竞争力内部差异与区域差异明显,增长型产业比重不大,但因自身资源优势及政策倾斜,区位优势还较明显,产业具有较强的竞争力,但竞争力提高程度不够。继续推进西部大开发战略必须进一步调整区域产业结构,扩大增进型产业比例,发挥区位优势,进一步增强产业竞争力,促进西部增长质量的提高。

Through Shift-Share analysis to illustrate industrial structure level and location advantages by structure deviation share and competitive share,this paper compares the dynamic impact of western industrial structure evolution on western economic growth between two phases：ten years pre-post Western Development.It shows that internal and regional diversity is significant in western industrial structure and industrial competitiveness,the proportion of promotion-oriented industry is small,but location advantages are obvious,Industry possesses stronger competitiveness for its resources and preferential policies,but industrial competitiveness haven＇t been enhanced sufficiently.To push forward the western development strategy,we must further adjust the industrial structure,expand the proportion of promotion-oriented industry,play regional advantages,further enhance industrial competitiveness and improve the quality of economic growth in western regions.
