摘要
本文报告了咪唑类化合物——金鹿三眠素对天蚕 Antheraea yam am ai幼虫丝腺超微结构的影响。经处理诱导所得三眠蚕幼虫的丝腺长度、直径及重量在四龄第3 天后急剧增长,四龄第 9 天达到最高值。后部丝腺细胞中粗面内质网十分发达,丝素蛋白小球在高尔基体中形成,在细胞端部靠胞吐作用将丝素蛋白分泌到丝质层,最后形成丝素纤维团穿过内膜释放到腺腔中。丝胶小球在中部丝腺细胞的高尔基体中形成,以相似方式释放入腺腔。丝腺腔内的液状丝素中分布着大小不同的液泡,这些液泡是由后部丝腺细胞分泌而成。结果表明三眠熟蚕丝腺细胞合成、分泌丝素和丝胶的过程与四眠熟蚕相似,但液状丝素中的丝素纤维团和液泡明显小于四眠蚕,丝物质合成的总量也低于四眠蚕。本研究进一步证明了咪唑类化合物——金鹿三眠素有加快丝腺细胞发育。
Effect of “Jinlu”,an imidazole derivate,on ultrastructure of the silk gland of Antheraea yamamai larva is reported.The average length,diameter and weight of larval silk glands in the trimolters induced by “Jinlu” quickly grew since the 3rd day of the 4th instar and reached its peak on the 9th day of the 4th instar.Cytoplasm of the posterior silk gland cell was filled with well\|developed rough endoplasmic recticula.The fibroin globule formed in Golgi complex released fibers into fibroin layer by the way of exocytosis at the apex of cell,and finally masses of fibroin fibers were released into the gland lumen through passaging cell membrane.The sericin globule was formed in Golgi complex of the middle silk gland cell and the sericin was released into the gland lumen by the similar way of fibroin fibers.The liquid silk in gland lumen contained numerous vacuoles with various sizes,which were secreted from the posterior silk gland cells.It was concluded that silk material of the trimolter was synthesized and secreted through the same way as the tetramolter.For the trimolters,masses of fibroin fibers and vacuoles in the liquid silk were smaller,and the quantitative of synthesizing silk material was lower.These results indicated that “Jinlu”,an imidazole derivate,could significantly speed up the development of the silk gland cells and markedly acelerate the synthese of fibroin and sericin.
