基于Pro/E减压阀阀座注射模设计

Design of Injection Mold for Reducing Valve Pedestal Based on Pro/E Software

通过分析减压阀阀座的结构和特点,运用Pro/E软件对产品建模,并准确、快速生成模具型芯和型腔。采用Pro/E和EMX进行模架设计及模具零件的设计、装配。实践证明,采用Pro/E大大缩短了设计周期,提高生产效率,保证塑件质量符合设计要求。

Based on sufficient analyzing of the structures and characteristics of the injection mold,modeling the product in the Pro/E and generating the core of the mold and the cavity of the mold accuracy and quickly.Using Pro/E and EMX for formwork design and mold parts design,assembly.It is proved that applying of Pro/E shorten the time of the design and improved the efficiency,insured the quality of plastic parts meet the design requirements.
