福建省竞技体育田径项目后备人才的现状及对策研究

On the Current Situation and Countermeasures about Reserved Sports Talents Training in Fujian Province

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计等研究方法,对福建省竞体育田径项目后备人才培养现状进行研究。在此基础上,揭示培养模式的不足,提出相应的对策,旨在为福建省竞技田径的健康发展提供理论和实践参考。

Adopting the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and statistics,this paper probes into the current situation of training reserved talents in track and field in Fujian Province.The shortage in the training mode and the relevant countermeasures are proposed to provide theoretical and practical references for the healthy development of track and field of athletic sports in Fujian Province.
