本文在上海交通大学产电解双喷制样仪上，通过电解液高氯酸和冰醋酸，对几种金属材料进行了常温下，透射电镜薄膜样品的制备。

On made in Shanghai Traffic University electrolysis double spurt apparatus,the paper makes preparation of elecrotion microscope film samples to some kinds of metal material at atmospheric temperature,and meets with success,by means of electrolysis liquid of perchloric acid and glacial acetic acid. 
