摘要
采用断口宏、微观分析以及金相检验等方法,对枕架焊后开裂进行了分析.认为,枕架焊接裂缝系结晶偏析引起的沿一次结晶晶界发展的结晶裂纹.调整焊接工艺,将焊缝改成宽而浅的几何形状,保证了焊接质量.
Bolster welding crack was analysed by fractography and metallographic examination, and was concluded as crystallization crack due to alloying elements segregation. This can be prevented by modification of weld joint from narrow and deep shape to broad and shallow shape, so as to avoid formation of weak area at the center of weld zone.
