摘要
采用扫描电镜观察等方法,比较不同批号的美国进口904L不锈钢丝断口特征、表面形貌,分析其产生疲劳性能差异原因.结果表明,表面缺陷与疲劳裂纹源的形成密切相关,而内部材质对裂纹的扩展起重要作用.
The Fractographic features and surface morphology of fatigue failed samples of different batches of 904L stainless steel wire were studied by SEM observation to identify causes of difference in fatigue property. The results showed that crack initiation is strongly connected to surface flaw, and crack propagation is dependent on steel wire's internal quality.
