摘要
通过硬度测定及金相检验,确认,汽车后桥半轴产生疲劳断裂的原因系热处理不当,使半轴的组织中出现较多的铁素体,造成硬度和强度的不足而引起的.
Through hardness testing and metallographic examination, it is found that due to improper heat treatment, more ferrite phase was formed in motor struck's axle shaft. Insufficient hardness and strength caused fatigue fracture of axle shaft.
