沿海城市是海洋开发的结果,在城市的发展过程中,始终深受海洋开发的影响,在此过程中,所凝炼出的城市精神均洋溢着极为鲜明的海洋特色,而城市定位也都以海洋开发为中心,极力打造以"海洋"为特色的城市形象。我国几个重要的沿海城市,如大连、青岛、宁波、厦门等在城市精神和城市定位方面均体现了其受海洋开发深刻影响的一面。

Coastal cities are considerably affected by ocean exploitation in the process of development.City spirit formed in this process has distinguishing features of ocean and then the city orientation centers on ocean exploitation.In our country,several important coastal cities such as Dalian,Qingdao,Ningbo and Xiamen all showcase the profound impact from ocean exploitation both in city spirit and city orientation.
