摘要
目的探讨心理干预对康复期抑郁症患者的疗效。方法以汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和护士用住院病人观察量表（NOSIE）为量化指标,将60例患者随机分为心理干预组30例和对照组30例。结果心理干预组与对照组相比较,HAMD量表结果显示：心理干预组患者总分明显高于对照组（P〈0.01,t=3.24）,其中6个因子亦有明显差异,NOSIE量表结果显示：心理干预组患者总估计分绝对值明显高于对照组（P〈0.05,t=2.40）,其中6个因子减分值均有显著差异。结论心理干预对康复期抑郁症患者有较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the psychological intervention for the rehabilitation of patients with depression treatment.Methods Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD） and the Nurse-patient Observation Scale（NOSIE） as a quantitative index,60 patients were randomly divided into psychological intervention group of 30 cases and control group of 30 patients. Results HAMD scale showed： compared with the control group,the total score of psychological intervention group was significantly higher（P0.01,t=3.24）,of which 6 factors were also significantly different,NOSIE scale results showed that： the absolute value of the total estimated points in psychological intervention group was significantly higher（P0.01,t=3.24）,of which sub-values of 6 factors were significantly different.Conclusion Psychological intervention for the rehabilitation of patients with depression has a good effect.
