健康教育路径在酒依赖厌恶治疗中的对照研究

Contrast Study on Health Education Path in Alcohol Dependence Disgust Treatment

目的探讨路径健康教育在酒依赖厌恶治疗中的作用及效果。方法将酒依赖住院患者随机分为两组,实验组在厌恶治疗基础上,按健康教育路径进行宣教,而对照组予以常规健康教育。两组分别于4周末,采用自行设计的护理服务满意度调查表及健康教育知识测试卷进行评定;随访12周末对出院后的累加戒酒时间和复饮率进行评定。结果实施健康教育4周末,实验组的健康教育达标率和护理服务满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.001);随访12周末,累加持续戒酒时间和复饮率,实验组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对酒依赖者实施路径健康教育,能明显延长其戒酒持续时间及显著降低复饮率,提高健康教育达标率和护理服务满意度。

Objective To explore the path health education＇ s effection in alcohol dependence disgust treatment.Methods The alcohol dependence inpatients were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received missions on the basis of disgust treatment,while the contrast group received regular health education.Both groups were tested at 4 weekend by using nursing service satisfaction survey and self-design health education knowledge questionnair.The cumulative persistence abstinence time and rate of recovery drinking were tested by return visiting at 12 weekend.Results At 4 weekends of health education,the health education rate and nursing service satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.001）;at 12 weekend of returning visit,cumulative persistence abstinence time and rate of recovery drinking were both higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The path health education of alcohol dependence can extend the abstinence persistence time and significantly reduce the recovery drinking,improve the health education standard rate and nursing services satisfaction.
