精神科三班倒护士与非三班倒护士生活质量比较研究

Comparative Study on Quality of Life between Three Shifts of Nurses and Non-three Shifts Nurses in Psychiatry

目的调查精神科三班倒护士的工作压力状况及对生活质量的影响。方法选择77名精神科三班倒护士作为研究组,73名非三班倒护士作为对照组。对其工作压力和相关情况及生活质量进行调查,比较两组护士工作压力的程度及生活质量的状况,探索影响三班倒护士工作压力及生活质量的因素。结果研究组护士在护士工作压力量表的5个压力源维度中,护理专业及工作方面的问题与工作量及时间分配问题得分高于对照组,其余各维度得分及总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护士生活质量各维度的得分均低于对照组,其中生理机能,躯体疼痛,一般健康状况,精力,精神健康5个维度的评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应改变策略,设立激励机制,提高人文关怀;三班倒护理人员应提高自身素质及获得家庭支持。

Objective To investigate the status of job stress for the psychiatric nurses in three shifts and the impact on quality of life.Methods A total of 77 psychiatric nurses in three shifts were as the study group,73 were as control group of non-work in three shifts of nurses.The job stress and related conditions and the quality of life were investigated,and which of the two groups was compared,and the influene factors of working pressure and life quality of three shifts of nurses were explored.Results In the five dimensions of stressors of nursing stress scale,the scores of the nursing profession and work aspects of the workload and time allocation were higher than the control group,and total scores of the remaining were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.The scores of dimensions of life quality in study group were lower than the control group,of which physiological function,bodily pain,general health,energy,mental health scores showed significantly differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Care managers should be changed,the incentives should be established,and the humane care should be improved;the three shifts nursing staff should improve their own quality and access to family support.
