实习护生的心理健康与人格调查研究

Survey on Mental Health and Personality of Nursing Undergraduates during Clinical Training

目的调查某医院实习护生的心理状况与人格特征。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),调查某医院所有实习护生。结果 1实习护生在SCL-90强迫、人际关系、偏执、精神病性因子和总分与常模有显著性差异(t=-2.33,-5.42,-2.78,-2.14,-2.265;P<0.05);2实习护生EPQ精神质(P)、内外向(E)与常模有显著性差异(t=-4.54,-8.69;P<0.05);3躯体化与内外向呈负相关(r=-2.265),人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执和精神病性与神经质呈正相关(r=0.044,0.043,0.023,0.001,0.023,0.005)。结论 1该医院实习护生心理健康状况略优于国内常模;2性格外向者较少出现心理问题,而性格内向、情绪稳定性差易导致抑郁、焦虑、偏执、敌对等。

Objective To investigate the mental health and personality of nursing undergraduates.Methods A total of 100 nursing undergraduates during clinical training were investigated with the questionnaire of Self-rating scales SCL-90 and EPQ.Results ①The score was significantly lower in the students than that of the norm group in five factors of SCL-90（P〈0.05）.② EPQ scores of intro and extro-version and psycho were higher in the students than those of the norm group（P〈0.05）.③It showed that somatization score of SCL-90 were negatively related to EPQ intro and extro-version score,while personal relations,depression,anxiety,hostile,paranoid and psychosis factors were positively related to EPQ neuroticism score.Conclusion ①The nursing undergraduates mental health of this hospital is relatively better than the nation-norm.②The extrovert personality is less to trigger the psychological problem,while the introvert personality and neuroticism maybe more to suffer the depression,anxiety,hostile and paranoid problem.
