摘要
目的探讨团体沙盘游戏在解决医科院校学生寝室问题中的有效性。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行干预前后的测评,对选取的2个寝室的全体成员进行5次沙盘游戏。结果 SCL-90人际敏感因子(t=9.07,P〈0.01)、偏执因子(t=1.87,P〈0.05)、焦虑因子(t=2.91,P〈0.01)前后测试结果差异有统计学意义;沙盘作品趋于整合、和谐。结论运用团体沙盘游戏改善医科院校学生寝室成员人际关系、解决寝室问题是一种有效的尝试。
Objective To investigate the efficiency of the sandplay therapy in solving the dormitory problem of the students from medical college. Methods All the members of two dormitories were performed with the sandplay therapy for 5 times,and SCL-90 was used before and after the intervention.Results There were significant differences in the interpersonal sensitivity(t=9.07,P0.01),paranoid ideation(t=1.87, P0.05)and anxiety(t=2.91,P0.01) before and after the intervention.Sandplay works tended to integration and harmonious.Conclusion It is an effective method with sandplay therapy to improve the relationships,and to solve the dormitory problem of medical undergraduates.
