摘要
目的研究班级团体辅导对改善高职学生人际交往困难的作用。方法采用社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD)对一年级4个班级的122名大学生进行测评,对其中2个班级的学生进行班级团体辅导,辅导后用SAD进行测评。结果进行班级团体辅导后,实验班成员社交回避及苦恼评分由(7.97±5.74)明显下降至(6.91±4.50)(t=4.71,P=0.000),差异有统计学意义。结论班级团体辅导能有效改善高职学生的社交回避及苦恼状况,提高人际交往水平。
Objectives To survey group counseling and to improve the college students' interpersonal interaction difficulty.Methods A sample of 122 college students from four class of grade one were divided into two groups,experimental class and control class.All the students administrated by the Social Avoidance and Distress Scale(SAD) before and after class group counseling.Results After class group counseling,the scores of experimental class members significantly decreased(7.97±5.74,6.91±4.50,t=4.71,P=0.000).Conclusion Class group counseling effectively improve the college students' interpersonal interaction.
