太子健冲剂对气虚小鼠免疫功能的影响

Study on effect of Taizijian Instant Granule on immunological function of qi deficiency Mice

目的:探讨太子健冲剂对气虚小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:按照中医"饥则损气"理论,通过控制动物饲料量造成"气虚证"模型。将小鼠随机分为对照组、气虚组、左旋咪唑组、玉屏风组和太子健冲剂高、低剂量组(30、20g生药.kg-1.d-1)6组,分别灌服生理盐水、左旋咪唑、玉屏风和太子健冲剂高低剂量,连续7d。结果:气虚组小鼠NKC活性、IL-2活性、IFN-γ均明显低于对照组小鼠(P<0.001)。太子健冲剂高剂量组可明显提高气虚小鼠NKC活性(P<0.05),并可使之恢复至接近正常水平;太子健冲剂高剂量组对ConA诱导气虚小鼠产生IFN-γ有明显促进作用(P<0.05);玉屏风组具有协同ConA促进气虚小鼠产生IL-2的效应(P<0.01)。结论:太子健冲剂高剂量能明显提高气虚小鼠NKC--IFN-γ活性。调节机体免疫功能,使其免疫功能失衡状态得到恢复是太子健冲剂的重要作用机制之一。

Objective： To observe the effect of Taizijian Instant Granule （TZJ） in regulating immune function on deficiency of qi in mice. Methods： Sixty mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, each experimental group was bred by controlling forage quality （125g/kg.d） except the normal control group bred as normal. The normal control group was treated with NS, and the other experimental groups differently treated with levamisoie, Yupingfeng, TZJ high and low dose （30g, 20g /Kg.d） for 7 days, to observe the changes of NKC activity, IL-2 activity and IFN-γ before and after treatment. Results： NKC activity, IL-2 activity and IFN-γ on the group of qi deficiency was obviously lower compared with the normal control group （P0.01）. TZJ high group can increase qi deficiency mice’s NKC activity （compared to the group of qi deficiency）, helping them to recover to the normal level （compared with the normal control group）. TZJ high group can promote ConA to induce IFN-γ for qi deficiency mice （compared with the group of qi deficiency, P0.05）; Yupingfeng control group had the effect to produce IL-2 activity in coordination with ConA （compared to the group of qi deficiency）. Conclusion： TZJ high group can increase qi deficiency mice’s NKC-IFN-γ activity, and regulate the bod,ys immune function; recovering the bod,ys immune function from unbalance to normal was one of the most important mechanisms of TZJ.
